I'm a sushi addict!
               So as you all know, I tried my first bit of sushi a couple of days ago. Well I am officially a total addict. Today was a mix...

I saw Chuck Norris at the gym!
     So I obviously got back on track today (YAY!!!). I went to the gym and I ran for half an hour and then got on the bike for an hour. Weigh In (About last night...)
Last week: 219 lbs. This week: 219 lbs.  Okay, so I haven’t lost any weight…. but I haven’t gained any either. So I guess I wasn’t too horrible last night. I had fun with my friends though, so I don’t feel the least bit guilty. This week I shall do amazing. Stress and dieting?
    Is there a correlation?     I noticed today that when I obsess over eating right, counting every point, and racking up my activity points. I don’t see results. Either I gain weight or it painfully won’t. budge. at. all…. So then I try and do better. Cut out sugar and only use zero calorie sweetener. Replace milk with soy milk.    I went to the nurse practitioner at my work and got a prescription of antibiotics. Thankfully, I can already feel the swelling and inflammation going away. The downside is that these antibiotics cause you to be sunburned very easily, and for some reason I have had an utterly insatiable hunger.
