Girl Growing Small: Does the term "superfood" annoy the fuck out of anyone else?

I feel like lately all of these things are being labeled “superfoods.” Things like blueberries, açai berries, almonds, kale, etc because they are nutrient rich and promote good health Uh, last time I checked that’s what food is supposed to be. Are we really that surprised…
